Cancellation Policy
## 📅 Booking Policy – SpotOn Audits ### 🔹 Making a Booking - All bookings must be confirmed via email or contact form. - A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all audits. - Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing. ### 🔹 Payment Terms - Payment is due upon completion of the audit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Invoices must be settled within 7 days. - Payment can be made by bank transfer or online payment link. ### 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: **No charge** - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: **50% fee applies** - No-shows or same-day cancellations: **Full fee applies** Rescheduling is always possible with 24+ hours’ notice and subject to availability. ### 🔹 On-Site Requirements - A staff member must be available to provide access to the property. - The property must be safe and ready for inspection. - For end-of-tenancy or guest changeover audits, access should be arranged in advance. ### 🔹 Confidentiality All audits are conducted discreetly. Reports are for your internal use and will not be shared with third parties without your written consent. -
