I’m Michael Seymour, founder of SpotOn Audits, based right here in Blackpool. With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in housekeeping, hospitality, and property management, I’ve worked across the board — from large hotel chains like Marriott to small family-run guesthouses. I understand both the high expectations of big brands and the day-to-day realities of independent operators.

Before launching SpotOn Audits, I ran a hospitality-focused social enterprise, where I led operations, managed compliance, trained staff, and created spaces that truly worked for the community. That same level of care and professionalism now drives everything we do.
