When people ask why I started Spot On Audits, I always say the same thing:
Because I’ve lived it.
I’ve stripped beds, scrubbed skirting boards, and deep-cleaned rooms in the middle of summer heatwaves — all while trying to hit impossible checklists and still smile at guests.
My journey in hospitality began over a decade ago. I worked across B&Bs, family-run guesthouses, and high-end hotels — including five-star properties like the Marriott. Along the way, I observed the pressure that small accommodation providers face. The to-do lists are long. The reviews are public. The standards are high, and support is low.
But here's the truth I've learned: Guests won’t always complain — but they always notice.
That’s why I founded Spot On Audits — to offer honest, practical support that helps local guesthouses stay ahead of problems before they become reviews.
